Vesterby daghem har haft ett samarbetsprojekt med blivande ingenjörer och byggmästare på Novia.
Barnen har under hösten gjort ritningar på hurdan lekbåt de skulle vilja ha på gården. Utgående från ritningarna har studerandena planerat och byggt båten. Innan påsk hade Vesterby daghem dop av den nya båten, som nu heter Smulan.
